About Travel-Angels
We have been in the vacation business since 2004, primarily in the Disney Orlando area - the World's biggest tourist destination. I started off by purchasing a vacation home and renting it out to people all over the world. I re-married and moved to Orlando in 2008 and with my husband Marcel who had lived near Clearwater, Florida for many years, we helped people from out of state and abroad purchase their dream home in the Disney area.
My background was very customer-focused and I wanted to give my guests the best experience when on vacation so back in 2004 I decided to theme the rooms (Classic Mickey Mouse, Animal Kingdom, SeaWorld & Palm Beach Master Suite). The feedback from guests was amazing, there is nothing like a family, who mostly work very hard all year, being on vacation and enjoying the experience a little bit more because you go the extra mile to not only meet their expectation but exceed them. That makes us happy and gives us so much satisfaction. We then helped a New York client to design and theme his vacation home that we selected through Disney Villa Sales and again the feedback from everyone has been so positive and we went on to help him buy and theme another home so that then developed into one of our turn-key home buying services with great feedback from property managers and guests.
We spent 2016-2019 in Asia and have assisted local hotels to make changes to improve their service, procedures and facilities to help improve guest experience and social media review rates. Having stayed in many luxury 5* hotels (and below) we can see as, guests, what can be improved, especially when you want to please guests from different continents and cultures.
We made decision to expand our travel business to Vietnam, Cambodia and China.

It most definitely is all about creating the best experience possible, being diligent and honest with clients. We have traveled extensively and love cruising so decided to expand the travel business to include destination all inclusive resorts and cruises, especially as Florida is the hub for world cruising and so many people that visit Disney are also keen to take a cruise as part of their vacation.
We wanted to use our experience and customer focus with an experienced partner who was on the same page with regards to our aspirations and way of doing business and met with Cruise Brothers! With their background, expertise and reputation in the industry they were the ideal partner of choice for us and so Travel-Angels evolved!
