Executive Lake Villa - Hampton LakesThis home provides the most ultimate in luxury and a one of a kind experience in the Disney Orlando vacation rental market! This home was sourced by our sister company Disney Villa Sales and less than a year later we were doing another purchase, rehab and interior design for the same client.
There was so much done on this work it was a buzz from start to finish. Loved theming the bedrooms for our Orlando guests to feel that they were in the Most Magical Place in the World before they got to Disney! We converted bedroom 5 into a movie theater room which is a big hit. The games room was incredible working with a NY Street Artist. The pictures tell the full story. Again, this 5 bed/4.5 bath haven just outside of Disney was sourced by our sister company Disney Villa Sales for a client recommended by our Bahamas client below! It is just the place to relax! Flat screen TVs, Blue Ray DVD player and a games room all contribute towards you being able to relax on your vacation. All bedrooms have been fitted with ceiling fans. Wonderfully painted rooms all add to your Florida vacation experience.
Calabay Parc is central to theme parks as well as shopping, restaurants and numerous other amenities. Its about 15 minutes to Magic Kingdom and 30 minutes to the New Legoland If Disney is not in your plans then you can plan day trips to either the east or west coast with only one hour drives each way. |
High Grove, Clermont - 2 Story 4 Bed 2.5 Bath Mediterranean Style Home

Beautiful Spanish style architecture. Our sister company Disney Villa Sales obtained this home for one of our clients from the Bahamas. This is the most attractive design home on High Grove, in my opinion! Located on H27 and a minute from the 192, you can get to Disney in around 10 minutes! We sourced many homes here but this is the prettiest and we had great fun with the renovations!
The home boasts 4 good size bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The King master en-suite has a very large shower cubicle, soaking tub and his and hers basins. Three further bedrooms comprise a Queen Bed, Full bed and Twin beds. There is a further full bathroom with a half bath downstairs. Enjoy splashing in your private screened pool with lovely terrace. There is also a small terrace off the dining room. Great for after dinner cocktails! |

It's situated on the prestigious and sought after vacation community Hampton Lakes with just a 15 minute drive to Walt Disney World, with it's 4 major theme parks and 2 impressive water parks along with the other attractions Orlando has to offer.
It's about 5 minutes drive to the golf community Champions Gate, which has been expanded during 2016/17 and you will now find a supermarket an array of restaurants, such Chilis and McDonalds, Wendy's fast food outlet. Walgreens drug store, a gas station and the fabulous Champions Gate golf courses. The Reunion Resort is only five minutes away with its three championship courses. |
